At All Foundation, we recognize that children are the future leaders of our society. To support their growth and development, we have implemented several initiatives focused on their welfare.

Environment

We understand the importance of preserving our environment for future generations. Over the years, We have taken significant steps to contribute to environmental sustainability. We have planted over 5,000 in a huge Bole Condominuim compound , Also, Our employees have actively participated in Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s initiative to plant trees every year. Additionally, we have actively participated in neighborhood road improvement projects, ensuring safer and more accessible transportation for local communities.

Women Empowerment

All Foundation is proud to be a champion of gender equality and women’s empowerment. We strongly believe in providing equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their gender. In line with this commitment, 70 percent of our workforce consists of women who play vital roles in various departments within our organization. Furthermore, we are proud to state that 100 percent of our management positions are held by capable and talented women.

Children's initiative

At All Foundation, we recognize that children are the future leaders of our society. To support their growth and development, we have implemented several initiatives focused on their welfare. One such initiative is the All Mart Idol competition held within Addis Ababa. This traditional dance competition brings together children aged 8-13 from different backgrounds to showcase their talents. The top 10 participants are awarded prizes and recognition for their exceptional performances at a closing ceremony that was held at a prestigious 5 star hotel.

Education

Education is a fundamental right that every child deserves. All Foundation is committed to promoting access to quality education for underprivileged children in Ethiopia and Africa as a whole. Through partnerships with local schools and organizations, we provide scholarships, educational resources, and infrastructure support to ensure that children have the opportunity to learn and thrive.

Rewarding the Outstanding:- An initiative aims to motivate government high school students in Addis Ababa by organizing English and math competitions among 12th-grade students and awarding top performers.

Scholarship Program for Government Elementary Students in Addis Ababa: In August 2022, the initiative secured scholarships for ten government elementary students to attend the renowned Sandford International School in Addis Ababa. The total amount allocated for these scholarships over a period of five years is $1,200,000. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between government schools and private institutions, providing deserving students with access to quality education.

Math and English Competition for 12th Grade Government Schools in Ethiopia: In May 2023, in collaboration with the Ethiopian Ministry of Education, the initiative organized a math and English competition involving all 12th-grade government schools in Ethiopia. This event witnessed participation from over a million students. The top 16 performers were awarded cash prizes as recognition for their outstanding achievements.

Collaboration with International Organizations: The success of this initiative is further highlighted by the involvement of esteemed organizations such as UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). Their participation demonstrates the significance of this program on a global scale and emphasizes its impact on education in Ethiopia.
